This gracious, comfortable four-bedroom house is perfect to share with family or friends and affords lots of privacy with bedrooms on three floors.

The first floor consists of a living room with wood-burning fireplace, dining area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, full bath, and a sitting room. There is a small sunroom off the kitchen.

The second floor features three bedrooms; one with queen bed, one with a king bed, one with two twin beds, These bedrooms share a bath with a tub/shower combination.

The third floor area is a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower.
There is also a small finish basement with Flat TV.
